Prague, 10 September 2021: in twelve days, Prague will host an interesting event to promote digital cooperation between the SMEs and research organisations from the Czech Republic with their counterparts from the United Kingdom. The third annual Smart Export Forum 2021 will take place on 22 September 2021 in Artemis Hotel Prague and will feature selected most promising digital disciplines as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, virtual reality and blockchains and presentations of the Czech and UK enterprises and organisations interested in cooperating in these areas.
The CzechInno Association and the Central European Platform for Digital Innovations CEEInno, which are the main organizers of this event, aim in particular to popularize and cultivate the implementation of digital innovations in business practice and everyday life. Of course, this also includes active cooperation between Czech companies and researchers abroad. This year’s Smart Export Forum, which aims to efficiently mediate cooperation between Czech companies and research organizations in the field of digital innovations – and especially in the field of artificial intelligence, augmented and virtual reality, cybersecurity, new materials, internet of things, and big data processing – and representatives of the United Kingdom of the Great Britain and Northern Ireland as freshly non-EU country. They will all meet physically in Artemis Hotel Prague and within online videoconference and will bring in a busy conference program news about offers for immediate start of cooperation for both the Czech and the British potential partners.
The program will showcase what is new in the Czech SME sector in terms of useful artificial intelligence tools that will help detect cyber-attacks and other online versions of crime, that cleverly use augmented and virtual reality to help intelligently fight against covid pandemic as well as to develop business and society, present services for smart business, smart cities or smart regions development, show how industrial blockchain can help not only in industry or show potential of working with new materials. On the other hand, we will hear from our colleagues from the United Kingdom an offer to engage in their innovation activities and listen how they intend to involve their Czech counterparts in cooperation.
We will learn from the representatives of the Czech government, which kinds of support for encouraging Czech SMEs and research organisations to go abroad and collaborate more with their UK partners have they prepared, what support Czech companies can expect within their oversea journey, who of the Czech companies or organisation, successfully operates in the United Kingdom and how can they assist companies and researchers on their way abroad towards the UK.
More than 20 speakers will appear in the program during a busy working day. The Conference Section of the event will be accompanied by an Exhibition (both physical and virtual) containing practical examples of everything that will be discussed in the program, as well as the possibility of consulting on specific cooperation options.
Finally, a series of organized B2B meetings is prepared for the participants of Smart Export Forum 2021. During them, participants will be able to chat together and exchange contacts and ideas for cooperation.

The main expert partners are SAB Finance, a.s., Technology Center of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic as the coordinator of the Enterprise Europe Network Czech Republic and Association of Innovative Entrepreneurship of the Czech Republic and Association of Science Parks of the Czech Republic.
